Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and supporting strategic business decisions. This opportunity is ideal for someone skilled in data-driven planning and adept at translating complex information into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to support business planning and decision-making.
• Gather, organize, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present clear, concise statistical reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Conduct research and apply data collection techniques to support business process improvements.
• Utilize sound independent judgment to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Create and manage business requirement documents to streamline project execution.
• Support Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project workflows and team collaboration.
• Actively contribute to the development and optimization of business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and visualization, including experience with Power BI.
• Ability to prepare and present complex statistical reports and dashboards.
• Skilled in business process functions and documentation, including creating business requirement documents.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze data effectively.
Must be able to prepare presentations and complex reports using PowerBI, Excel, and Smartsheet.
