Overview Job Title: Business Analyst . Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) OR Remote. Duration: 6+ months with possibility extension. Pay Range: $40/hr on W2 for Remote & $50/hr on W2 for Onsite. Responsibilities Own user-support, maintain documentation (process & training), air traffic control: User Support: Be the point of contact to triage questions from Brand Admins Answer directly if it's a question about basic functionality (via knowledge from Vendor training resources or from being a user in the system) Answer directly about general product roadmap questions Configure OOTB features for brand admins once alignment is reached Open tickets for the product team/brand admins as needed Be able to discern technical questions and know whether to raise to Engineers or Vendor Direct product questions to Product Manager Own Link Tickets: Track progress on open tickets and SLA Support Business Process Documentation: Create current state process maps for features we want to build in the DAM (e.g. document Select and Edit workflow processes for all brands and current pain points) As the expert on business processes, should be able to help Product Manager identify areas to go after to improve user experience Document future-state processes as-needed and help calculate time savings/value add as a result of implementing new features (to be reported out to governance) Training & Documentation: Create and maintain training materials, including quick reference guides (use Vendor training documentation as needed) Benefits Russell Tobin, offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
