Bookkeeper to join our team!

Key Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: - Process mail & enter received payments (cash, credit, checks, finance)
- Deposit payments at the end of each day
- Enter & pay vendor bills (after management approval)
- Manage customer accounts & invoicing
- Reconcile bank transactions & monitor cash flow
Weekly/Biweekly Tasks: - Process & review payroll through ADP
- Generate financial reports (cash flow, profit & loss)
- Submit & pay workers' compensation when applicable
Monthly & Year-End Tasks: - Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
- Prepare balance sheets & financial reports
- Assist in tax filings & coordinate with accountants
- Maintain business licenses, insurance policies & vehicle registrations
Additional Duties: - HR tasks (employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll deductions)
- Insurance management (driver & vehicle updates, claims, audits)
- Office management (service requests, office supplies, scheduling)
What We're Looking For: •
Experience: Bookkeeping, payroll, and finance experience required
•
Skills: QuickBooks, Service Titan, ADP Payroll, and strong attention to detail
•
Work Ethic: Highly organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
•
Bonus: Experience in the service or plumbing industry is a plus!
