Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care.
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
• Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
• Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more.

What Youll Get:

• $18-$25/hour depending on experience plus commissions
• Commission and bonus incentives
• Full-time schedule with consistent hours

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Active drivers license
• 4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Comfortable with sales and customer service roles
• Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
