An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and creative Barback to join a prestigious and private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team, with a focus on delivering exceptional offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.

Position Overview

The Barback supports the bartender team in maintaining a flawless bar operation. This role requires efficiency, discretion, and a proactive mindset in a high-standard environment.

Principal (Essential) Duties

• Stock and replenish bar supplies throughout service.
• Assist with prep work including garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Support bartenders during high-volume periods.
• Handle deliveries and inventory restocking discreetly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior barback or food & beverage experience in a fine establishment preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
