Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Job description:

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney located in Scottsdale, AZ. This hybrid role allows for some work from home as well. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, engaging in labor and employment law, negotiating terms, and handling cases from inception to resolution. This role also involves collaborating with peers and clients to secure favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Superior and Federal courts.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other filed documents.
• Advise clients on their litigation matters.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Take depositions and argue motions in court.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

​​ Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Familiarity with the Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Any familiarity with the appellate process is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A desire to become an effective litigator.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Enara Law is a law firm that permits remote work and engages in various types of civil litigation, with a focus on contract disputes, business torts, and administrative disputes. We permit remote work, but prefer the candidate to be in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Desired candidate is available to be in office 3-4 days per week.
