We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. *Responsibilities*

* Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
* Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environment conducive to learning.
* Engage with students in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
* Facilitate small group instruction and provide individualized support to students as needed.
* Help with curriculum development, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
* Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

*Skills*

* Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings a pus.
* Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management strategies.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Classroom experience that demonstrates effective classroom management techniques
* We are willing to train and provide qualifying education.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
