Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of our residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our project management team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager & Superintendents in daily coordination of residential and commercial construction projects
• Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, and RFIs
• Support permit applications, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and city agencies
• Maintain organized project files and logs (digital and hardcopy)
• Assist with change orders, procurement, and material tracking
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or real estate development (internship or full-time)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Revit or similar)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude
