Summary

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children.
• Engage with children through hands-on activities, play, and educational games to enhance their learning experience.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that meets the diverse needs of all students.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning at all times.

Requirements

• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Skills in behavior management and classroom management are essential for maintaining an effective learning environment.
• Previous experience in caregiving or nannying can be beneficial for understanding the needs of young children.
• Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus to ensure the safety of all students.
