  • Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep deliverables on track.
  • Managing basic estimating tasks, takeoffs, and budgeting (experience with Accubid or similar tools is a plus).
  • Contributing to the preparation of proposals, progress reports, and closeout documentation.
  • Identifying and helping resolve potential project issues before they escalate.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-driven culture. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, ideally within the electrical sector .
  • Proven experience supporting projects of $20M+ in value.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, estimating practices, and construction workflows.
  • Healthcare or higher education project experience preferred (industrial-only backgrounds are not a fit).
  • Knowledge of construction software such as Bluebeam, Trimble VISTA (ERP), ProjectSite (Procore equivalent), and AutoCAD .
  • A steady, consistent work history, we value career longevity and reliability.

(Bachelor’s degree or certifications are not required but industry knowledge is essential.)

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Growth-focused environment: Clear path for advancement into Project Management roles.
  • Collaborative culture: Relationship-driven team with strong internal support and communication.
  • Excellent benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverage and additional union benefits available.
  • Impactful work: Contribute to some of the Bay Area’s most significant healthcare and education projects.
