What You'll Learn and Do:Demolition & Framing - Safely remove old materials and assist in framing new layouts.
Installations - Support the team with cabinetry, trim, windows, and doors.
Teamwork - Work alongside experienced carpenters, designers, and project managers.
Jobsite Care - Learn how to respect and protect the homes we work in-like they're your own.
Build custom decks, screened porches, and sunrooms that enhance homeowners' lifestyles.
Install exterior doors, windows, and under-deck drainage systems with precision.
Collaborate with a top-tier team of project managers, designers, and skilled tradespeople.
Deliver craftsmanship and care that exceeds client expectations and stands the test of time.
0-2 years of carpentry or construction experience (we'll teach you the rest).
A willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
