What you'll do at
Position Summary...
Start each day reviewing the previous day’s returns to spot new trends and potential abuse, working closely with your team and cross-club partners to share insights, support reporting, and dive deeper into return patterns that protect our members and our business.
What you'll do...
- Review the previous day’s returns and contact center tickets to identify trends, potential abuse, and opportunities to improve the member experience.
- Support daily and weekly reporting by summarizing findings, tracking patterns, and sharing insights with the team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategy, refine processes, and strengthen our approach to returns and fraud prevention.
What you’ll bring: - Collaborates effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners to support daily priorities and shared goals.
- Maintains strong attention to detail when reviewing returns, tickets, and large sets of transactional data.
- Demonstrates basic analytical skills, including comfort using Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
- Applies research or fraud-related experience to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues in return activity.
- Understands company processes and policies, using that knowledge to make accurate, consistent decisions.
Minimum Qualifications: - Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field OR 1 year of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a relevant area.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if: - 2–3 years of experience conducting fraud or returns-related research in an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify anomalies in return patterns, order activity, or member behavior using structured review methods or analytical tools.
- Working knowledge of eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, returns workflows, and digital member interaction points.
- Experience applying analytical or AI-assisted tools to support investigations, detect patterns, or enhance decision-making.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
