Pay Rate: $14.35/Hr

Responsibilities

Your role will involve making a significant impact through:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate operations
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials
• Driving ground equipment to assist with plane operations and baggage delivery
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure safe and timely departures
• Cleaning the interior of aircraft and servicing aircraft lavatories
• Greeting passengers and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
• Using reservation/ticketing software to manage itineraries and issue boarding passes
• Communicating appropriate information to passengers about their trips and belongings
• Resolving passenger issues in a timely and friendly manner
• Working in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work outside in variable weather conditions
• Enjoyment of working under deadlines and a physical job outdoors
• Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
