Job Description
Located in the Ironbound section of Newark, our reception staff is required to speak English and Spanish fluently and provide professional, helpful front desk assistance to walk-in and scheduled patients. They are responsible for answering phone calls, assisting patients in completing their paperwork, accurately entering demographic information into the computer, emailing and/or faxing paperwork to our client companies, and various other common receptionist tasks. Candidates should have a friendly demeanor, a strong memory, and be able to multitask in a busy medical office. Benefits include competitive pay, 10 days per year of earned PTO, 6 paid major holidays off, medical insurance requiring a competitive per paycheck contribution, a 40-hour full-time work week, and optimally an 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday work schedule.
