Our reputable organization is looking to hire a loyal, honest, clean and hardworking administrative assistant to join our team and change lives for the Kingdom of God. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and day-to-day activities of the organization. A very beautiful setting, offices, peaceful and a happy place to work, learn new things, taking calls from the globe and across the US. An easy team to work with. Responsibilities:

• Must be Loyal, Honest, Clean, Hard Working etc.
• Provide administrative assistance to the President/CEO and the management team
• Manage records and information
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Take live calls, check voice messages and return missed calls
• Run errands
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, checking mails, custodial duties, etc.
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests (No too many guests due to COVID-19)
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

​ Qualifications:

• Experience in office work/administrative services or other related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Teachable, Learnable, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Data base entry
• Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Social Media Skills, Newsletter Design, Payroll and Call center experience is a big plus
