Rainmaker is pioneering a modern cloud seeding system designed to address water scarcity and adverse weather conditions. We develop and integrate radar validation, weather-resistant UAS, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable cloud seeds into a highly effective precipitation enhancement solution.

We are currently hiring a highly capable A&P mechanic to support the maintenance and development of multiple aircraft currently stationed throughout west and south texas regional airports. This position would allow for you to be based out of your preferred regional location though it will require travel to the other airports to support maintenance efforts there.

• As the A&P Technician, you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment
• You will conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications
• You will manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers
• You will also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications

• Associate’s Degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 6+ years of mechanical assembly, troubleshooting/repair, overhaul or related experience
• A&P License
• U.S. citizenship
• Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
• A&P Technician experience
• Shop/Bench refurbishment experience
• Experience with the inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components
• Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface
